These terms cover use of this marketing website while pozare is in pre-launch. They do not cover the full pozare product, which is not yet publicly available.
Who operates this website
pozare is a pre-launch project operated by Spyros Gavriil and Panagiotis Tsembekis, individuals based in the Republic of Cyprus. pozare is not currently operated by a registered company. Contact: pozare.app@gmail.com.
Website purpose
This website introduces pozare and lets visitors join an early-access waitlist for launch updates. The full pozare event-media product is not yet offered through this website.
Waitlist participation
You must be 18 years of age or older to join the waitlist. You may join by submitting an email address you own or control and separately agreeing to receive launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to pozare, any particular launch date, or any specific features. You can withdraw at any time as described in our privacy notice.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website or its systems, interfere with or disrupt its operation, submit another person's email address without their permission, or use automated means (bots, scripts, or scrapers) to abuse the waitlist form or circumvent its abuse-prevention measures.
Intellectual property
No permission is granted to copy or reuse the pozare brand or website content except as allowed by law. The operators are reviewing and documenting ownership or licence records for all visual assets before launch.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
This marketing website does not sell a product, accept payment, or create a paid subscription. A refund or cancellation policy therefore does not currently apply. Payment arrangements remain pending. Appropriate pricing, purchase terms, and cancellation or refund information must be provided before pozare accepts payment, including payment arranged directly with a client.
Links to other services
The website links to Instagram, TikTok, and email services. Those services are operated independently and their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
Changes and availability
We may change, update, or temporarily take down this website at any time, including without notice, as pozare continues to develop.
Product terms
Separate or updated terms will apply once the full pozare product launches, covering matters such as event creation, guest uploads, content rights, moderation, storage, deletion, prohibited media, and account access.
Governing law and disputes
This website is operated from Cyprus and is currently intended for people in Cyprus. Cyprus law and mandatory consumer rights may apply. The final governing-law and dispute terms for any future paid service remain pending legal review.
