Who is responsible

pozare is a pre-launch project operated by Spyros Gavriil and Panagiotis Tsembekis, individuals based in the Republic of Cyprus. pozare is not currently operated by a registered company. They are responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For a privacy question or request, contact pozare.app@gmail.com.

Early-access waitlist

When you join the waitlist, this website stores your normalized email address, the date and time you gave consent, the date and time you confirmed that you are 18 or older, the date and time of your submission, and the source of the signup (currently always this marketing website). This information is used only to administer the adult-only waitlist and send you occasional updates about the pozare launch.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from any update email or by contacting pozare.app@gmail.com; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything already done before withdrawal.

We retain your waitlist information until you withdraw consent or six months after pozare's public launch, whichever happens first. If pozare has not launched within 18 months of your signup, we will delete your information unless you renew your consent. Deletion is performed manually by the operators.

Adults only

The waitlist is available only to people who are 18 years of age or older. You must confirm this separately when joining, and we store the time of that self-declaration. This does not verify your actual age. We do not ask for or store your date of birth or identity documents. If we learn that a person under 18 has joined, we will delete their waitlist information.

Abuse prevention

To limit automated or repeated submissions, the application combines your IP address and browser user agent with the current date and converts them into a one-way cryptographic hash. It stores that hash, a submission count, and the start of the rate-limit window. The application does not store the raw IP address or browser user agent in its waitlist database. Expired rate-limit records are deleted when the form next receives a submission; there is not yet a separate automated deletion job.

This processing relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the waitlist form working correctly and free of abuse.

Separately, our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) may retain standard infrastructure logs, which can include IP addresses, as part of operating and securing its network. Those logs are controlled by Cloudflare, not generated or stored by the pozare application itself.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not currently set any cookies. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or behavioural-tracking technologies of any kind, and no cookie banner is shown because no optional tracking is offered.

This statement covers the application code reviewed on 9 September 2026. Hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary network-level technologies that are outside this repository. See the cookie policy.

Storage and service providers

Waitlist data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and the website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare therefore receives website requests and processes waitlist data on behalf of the operators. Visitors who choose the Instagram, TikTok, or email links leave this website or open their email application; those services then handle data under their own terms and notices.

Launch-update emails are planned to be sent manually, one recipient at a time, using Gmail. Google will therefore process the recipient's email address when an update is sent. Each message will identify pozare and explain that the recipient may reply to unsubscribe; the operators will then manually remove the address.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact pozare.app@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or another competent data protection authority.

Future updates

This notice covers only the current marketing website and its waitlist. It will be updated before broader pozare product functionality — such as event creation, photo uploads, or guest galleries — becomes publicly available.
